Happy New Years!

Happy New Year! It is a new year filled with new adventures just waiting to happen. We thought we would start the new year off right with a new adventure...grasshoppers. When Erin first asked us if we wanted to try a grasshopper, we thought she was trying to volunteer us for a Fear Factor show. But then we saw her make one. It's an alcoholic milkshake! Two of our favorite things. So we grabbed our spoons and started in. She even gave us a cookie! Bottoms up!

Why do you think they call them grasshoppers?

O, because the room starts to hop when you finish one.

    A fuzzy navel sounds more appropriate for you sheep, but hope you enjoyed your grasshoppers. Oh and had a happy new year!!

    Equal parts Crème de menthe and Crème de cacao and then vanilla ice cream to taste. Blend and enjoy.

    Ice cream to taste? I'm surprised any was left over from the blending for the sheep to indulge in. Must have been Jesse taking the picture as I can't imagine anyone else was stable enough to take those.

    My grandpa had some, too. He liked them as much as the sheep I think. Although, I'm not sure the room was as hopping for him as the two sheep.

    And yes Jesse is our photographer in many pictures. Big fella is a little camera shy so likes to be behind the lens whenever possible. Normally collecting the blackmail photos you see posted on the web.
