Franklin as Lady GagaNext in the parade is Lady Gaga! O wait, no that's Franklin dressed as Lady Gaga. Great costume Franklin, so believable. I can hear the kids screaming from down the street. Speaking of screaming, Franklin's favorite scary movie is Scream. Perfect example of a scary Halloween movie. Thanks, Franklin, for joining our parade and bring us a little pop culture.

Ohh Franklin, so many great Lady Gaga costumes and you choose that one?
Franklin started with the meat dress, but it lasted all of 10 minutes. Don't worry sheep, it was beef, not lamb.
